New DLC for Rimworld

Announced just two weeks ago, Ludeon Studios today released the Ideology DLC for Rimworld. In this DLC, the main addition to the game is that every person in the game gets a belief system. Thus adding rituals, morality, and much more to the game.

Ideology also impacts references around food, comfort, love, technology, and violence. Of course, since Rimworld is known for its customizability, everything around the DLC can be customized as well.

You can create a group of nudist cyborgs, cannibals that worship the sun, or anything that strikes your fancy. You have the option to build temples, hold rituals and go on a quest for the relics that belong to your belief system.

Once you have found those, you can work your way into the new archonexus endgame content, which the developers promise to be an epic piece of content. The DLC will help you make your story in Rimworld even more personal.

I loved playing around with both the base game and the Royalty DLC so I will try and find some time to dive deep into this new DLC. You can watch the DLC Launch Trailer below:
