Daily Tycoon News: 19 October 2018

I was sick for longer than I care to think about. No TwoPointHospital doctor could cure me, alas. Now I am back with some fresh news and a lot of writing to catch up with.

Railway Empire Crossing The Andes DLC Out Today.

Todays DLC for Railway Empire offers 3 scenarios, a map of South America, 2 engines, new cities and new goods. Also, a night-mode is added. And then there are llamas, allowing you to haul llama wool across the continent. Just for that, you should buy this DLC. Expect a review of the DLC in the coming week.

Together with the DLC, an update was released, full changelog can be found here.

Mashinky Adds Automatic Signal Placement

Quite an improvement in my mind, the automated addition of signals when laying track. I just saw the announcement by Jan Zeleny (the developer) on his Twitter account and will check the game when I am back at my desk tomorrow to test this nifty new feature.

Parkasaurus Adds Pause Button

Dino Park Tycoon Parkasaurus adds the option to pause the game. I think this has been the biggest request from day one. Now it is, kinda, there. You can pause while customizing your park. I am curious how this works out, but so far steam has not yet updated my game.
